Structure Changes

To make accessing to extensions and tutorials a bit easier, I have modifed the navigational structure on my website. The Resources menu which has been dominant on the website has been removed and replace with the Extensions menu and the Tutorials menu.

For those of you who have bookmarked some of these links, please be sure to update them.
